I'm a Registered Nurse for 20+ years and a Master Certified Health Coach. My passion for helping others began by working in hospitals, doctor's offices, and teaching education classes in my community.

In 2019, I expanded my education to learn about health and wellness from a more holistic perspective. Today, I am an instructor for the American Council on Exercise, and I also work with clients who are motivated to change their diet and lifestyle habits to achieve optimal wellness.
