Hi, I’m Rachel. I’ve worked as a Registered Nurse in hospitals and medical settings for more than 20 years, and over time, I became increasingly frustrated by the lack of preventative support available to women struggling with fatigue, weight changes, hormone shifts, stress, and feeling disconnected from their bodies — especially during perimenopause and menopause.
At the same time, I was navigating many of my own health challenges, including PCOS, infertility, pregnancy, injury recovery, and the changing demands of midlife health. Through both my professional experience and personal journey, I saw firsthand how overwhelming it can feel when your body changes and the advice you’ve always followed no longer seems to work.
In 2019, I decided to take action and expand my education to learn about health and wellness from a more holistic perspective. A combination of personal experience and professional frustration inspired me to make a difference and support women in a more practical, personalized, and sustainable way.

Since then, I’ve become a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Menopause Coaching Specialist, allowing me to combine medical knowledge with realistic nutrition, strength training, habit change, and hormone-supportive lifestyle strategies.
Today, I help women feel stronger, healthier, more energized, and more confident through sustainable habits and personalized support designed for real life — without extreme diets or all-or-nothing thinking.
