I will provide personal health & wellness education, guidance, and the accountability you need to set and achieve your health and wellness goals. Together, we will develop a personalized plan by evaluating your current lifestyle, identifying your needs, and creating goals to help you look and feel your very best. Sessions are held via in person, phone, or online platform. Health coaching is billed monthly with a 2 month minimum commitment and includes unlimited messaging support. Customized plans can also be created for your unique needs.

If you live locally, I offer a concierge service of traveling to your own home for the ultimate in comfort and convenience. Alternatively, workout plans are delivered via a fitness app. Personal Training is billed monthly with a 2 month minimum commitment and includes weekly check-ins to evaluate progress and unlimited messaging support.

You'll gain confidence in purchasing quality foods and choosing healthy food staples using the Dirty Dozen and Healthy Substitution lists.
