Some of my family's favorite healthy eating recipes!
Favorite Fruit Smoothie
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 avocado
1 large handful of leafy greens
1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, cherries)
1 Tbsp hemp hearts or ground flaxseed

Add liquid to your blender first. Add remaining ingredients and blend to your desired consistency.

Chocolate Protein Balls
2 cups old-fashioned oats
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted

Mix all ingredients except coconut oil in a large bowl. Melt coconut oil, then drizzle over mixture and roll into balls. Refrigerator or freeze them for a firmer texture.
Chicken Berry Salad
2-3 cups leafy greens
5 oz grilled chicken
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup walnuts or pecans
3/4 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
1/4 avocado
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste

On a large plate, add the first 6 ingredients, then drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad. Top with a little sea salt and pepper to taste.
